There was dirty towels left in the shower and all corners had dust and mold build up. Overall I would give it an 9 out of ten and would not hesitate to stay there again.I went to Harrahs for a 1 night stay to maintain my Diamond elite status and requested a non smoking room but the hotel said all that was available was a smoking room, The hotel room smelled so strong of cigar smoke that a can of Lysol did not help. There is an indian village 8 minutes away and that place is very awesome. Biltmore is only an hour away as is Clingmans dome. There is a $37.61 daily resort fee so be prepared for that.

We did use starbucks and dunkin each for a coffee. His badge was turned around so i can't give his name.

Lots of food options however the only one we used was Selu, for breakfast, and it was good and our server was so pleasant. Lots of table games but i didn't play any. The beer is $6 and waitresses are few and far between. Be aware unlike other casinos beer is NOT free if you're gambling. Also, there is just about every game you can imagine to play so choices are abundant. I have played in tight casinos and this one is not it. I wish anyone who brings dogs would be put in a section to themselves. We had already unpacked when this began so i didn't want to repack, move, etc. Wasn't a fan of having to be put next door to someone with a yappy dog.

I was supposed to have mountain views but i had a rooftop to look at but no biggie.

Walked into a very clean room in the creek tower. When people say this place is huge, they aren't lying. I couldn't have been more surprised but in a good way! Late arrival so check in was simple. I read a lot of negative reviews which scared me.
